City of Kennewick – Fire Station #3

Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. is requesting bids for all scopes.

Bids Due: May 14, 2020 at 3pm (Pacific Time)

Project Description: Construction for a single-story building of approximately 12,570 sf wood frame structure with (3) apparatus bays, offices, crew living spaces and support areas. The exterior finishes will be primarily resin core, metal panels and adhered precast stone veneer. Foundation will be standard spread footing and insulated concrete slab with an exposed polished finish. The roof is a pitched sloped and flat roof with single ply roofing. The apparatus bay doors are proposed to be durable, low maintenance overhead sectional doors. The site design allows for drive through access to apparatus bays and parking for public (4-general including 1-accessible stall) and fire fighters (14 crew stalls). The parking area is proposed concrete with area catch basins for runoff. The station will be tied into the city sewer system for sewage treatment.

Washington State Commercial Prevailing Wages for Benton County will apply.
