CITY OF BATTLE GROUND NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR
SW EATON BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Battle Ground solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil Engineering Design for the design and permitting of the SW Eaton Boulevard Improvements project. This project has a 9% UDBE goal. The anticipated consultant start date is May 2020. The City of Battle Ground encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond. Consultants will be held to federal EEO requirements for this project, which has federal funds. Consultants will also be held to the ADA and Civil Rights requirements for the City of Battle Ground.

The City of Battle Ground reserves the right to amend terms of this “Request for Proposals” (RFP), to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFP at any time. Qualified consultants are asked to submit five (5) copies of their Statement of Qualifications by 4:30 PM on March 6, 2020 to:
