Request for Proposal No. RFP062090: Consulting Services for Constructability Review for Multiple School Projects for the Seattle Public Schools

Seattle Public Schools (the “District”) is requesting proposals for Constructability Review Consulting Services for the following five (5) school facilities:

  • Viewlands Elementary located at 10525 3rd Ave NW Seattle, WA 98177
  • Kimball Elementary located at 3200 23rd Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144
  • West Seattle Elementary located at 6760 34th Ave SW Seattle, WA 98126
  • Leschi Elementary located at 135 32nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98122
  • Madison Middle located at 3429 45th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116.

 

The Request for Proposal will be available starting on July 16, 2020 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFP documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com). To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.” Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
