RFP #1813-685, Consumer Directed Employer

This Request for Proposal is to solicit Responses to provide Consumer Directed Employer (CDE) services to be the legal employer(s) for Individual Providers (IPs) and provide administrative employment activities for IPs that provide care for DSHS Consumers (also referred to as clients) receiving in home care. DSHS is seeking these services from an outside entity to decrease the workload required of DSHS and Area Agency on Aging case managers in supporting and monitoring the IP workforce.
