Contract location: Thurston County, Washington.

Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Enterprise Services is utilizing this Competitive Solicitation to solicit value-added bids from innovative, qualified Bidders to print and furnish Continuous Data Stock Forms:

• Paper shall be continuous feed, carbonless, and designed for reliable feeding in high-speed impact/dot matrix printers.
• Offered products must be compatible with existing legacy print systems and suitable for use in office and production print environments.
• Per the EPA’s Recovered Material Advisory Notice, the Contractor shall ensure that all printed forms supplied under this contract will contain a minimum of 30% recovered fiber, including 30% postconsumer fiber.
• Bidder will supply a sample of paper forms with their bid.
