Request for Qualifications #1935-737, Contracted Residential Evaluators

DSHS Policy 13.12 Notification

The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), will issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Residential Care Evaluators. The purpose of the RFQ is to contract with evaluators who can will evaluate providers of community residential services and support for persons with developmental disabilities. We are looking for evaluators who live in Eastern Washington who can work with providers in that part of the state.
