Statements of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing design services to develop a system-wide, comprehensive decarbonization and energy management plan necessary to eliminate fossil fuel consumption and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
The deadline for receipt of the Statements of Qualification is on or before September 20, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. to the Department of Facilities Services, Washington State University, in PDF format via email to contracts@wsu.edu and cc’d to philrjohnson@wsu.edu.
