We have been hearing from many of our partners agencies and organizations serving the community that they are experiencing a shortage in volunteers due to COVID-19. A lack of volunteers for these organizations means considerable impacts to the communities they serve.

We would like to reiterate the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department guidance on keeping ourselves and others safe. Individuals in the high-risk category should not volunteer at this time.
