Project Description: 

Work under this Contract includes construction of a Public Works building with 6,000 square foot of floor area, vehicle wash bay and covered storage area at 16401 SE 251st Street. Site work includes clearing and grading, stormwater, water, sewer and electrical utilities, asphalt paving, fencing and landscaping. Work also includes frontage improvements along SE 251st including cement concrete curbs and gutters, cement concrete sidewalks, landscaping, channelization, traffic control and other related work items.

$4,500,000 to $4,900,000
