The City of Covington is requesting qualifications from consultants or consultant teams for right-of-way (ROW) services for civil and transportation projects. The agreement is expected to run from Spring 2025 to Spring 2026.

The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of: right-of-way services including acquisition, temporary construction easement, and permanent easement, for approximately twenty (20) properties along SE 256th Street.

All work is to be in accordance with Local Agency Guidelines.
