There will be a pre-submittal conference call held on February 21, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.  Interested parties shall go to the above website and obtain the information for the conference call from the Pre-Submittal Meeting / Clarification section of the RFP.

Proposals shall be received in the Office of Purchasing, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington 98660, until, but not later than 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2020.
