CRP 628 – HOLLINGSWORTH BRIDGE #460-6.25 REPLACEMENT

Franklin County Public Works is inviting and requesting bid proposals for CRP 628 – Hollingsworth Bridge #460-6.25 Replacement.

The project replaces the Hollingsworth Road Bridge over South Columbia Basin Irrigation District’s Wahluke Branch 10 Lateral. The existing timber bridge will be replaced with a multi-plate aluminum structure in the same general footprint as the existing bridge. The project will also include the construction of cast-in-place concrete headwall, transition canal liners, grading, crushed surfacing, and HMA paving. The project is located 33 miles north of the City of Pasco (46.604803°, -119.289991°).

This project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 15.0%.

Sealed bids shall be marked with the project name and number and be addressed to the Franklin County Public Works Department. Bids will be received at the Office of the of County Engineer, Franklin County Public Works Department, 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco, Washington, 99301 until 10:00 AM, Thursday, November 7, 2024, and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud.  Bids shall be submitted only on the proposal form provided with the specifications.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total contract amount.
