NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bid proposals will be received only by Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Finance Department on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225. Bids will be received at any time, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, but no later than:

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

This project includes the supply, manufacture, stockpile, washing, weighing, and haul of crushed aggregates for bituminous surface treatment (BST), as further described in the bid documents.
