Project Description: |
Construct new 1,677sf addition to the existing Ketron Cottage. Construction material to be primarily CMU block and steel roof framing. New spaces to include a Seclusion Suite with restroom, new conference room and two new staff offices. Project will also expand the existing Day Room and renovate the existing staff break room, nurse station and medications room. |
