The Port is soliciting proposals for custodial services for SEA Zone 1 to provide a quality service to our customers which will includes:

• Incorporating a high-performance cleaning, and sustainable green cleaning program to provide healthy environment and support Airport environmental stewardship initiatives
• Implement Smart Technology innovation in the restrooms to enhance Customer Experience, Customer Service, Service Delivery, efficiency and productivity.
