The Camas-Washougal Fire Department (CWFD) solicits interest from consulting firms, or teams, with expertise in Fire Station design, construction, and analysis, property acquisition, public outreach and involvement, and public affairs, as it pertains to the siting of a new Headquarters Station for the CWFD. The total site requirement for a new headquarters station is estimated to be a minimum of 0.75 acres. “Phase 1” and “Phase 2” work are anticipated to be scoped and contracted for under one professional services agreement immediately after selection of a consultant team.

A copy of the more detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is posted on the City’s website at https://www.cityofcamas.us/rfps. The posting will include the following documents:

• Cities of Camas and Washougal Capital Improvement Plan dated November 7, 2022
• City of Camas Professional Services Agreement form (for evaluation to determine company’s ability to meet content)
• Supplemental response materials and responses to Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) questions (as needed)
