This project has a DBE goal as outlined in 49 CFR Part 26 and the WSDOT DBE Program. We encourage DBE participation for subcontracting, materials, trucking, and service opportunities.

Scopes of work include (but are not limited to):

Asphalt Patch, Hydroseeding, and Surveying Work.

All interested DBE firms must hold valid and current certification through the Washington State Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE). Certification must be active at the time of bid.
