Declaration Networks Group, Inc. (dba NeuBeam) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction on a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network build in northern Stevens County. Proposals are due August 30, 2023, by 5pm EST. Email rfpresponse@declarationnetworks.com to obtain the RFP documents and if you have any questions regarding this RFP.

All questions are due by August 22, 2023, by 5pm EST. There will be an optional Bidders Conference on August 16, 2023, at 2pm EST. DNG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all submittals received, to negotiate with any or all qualified Respondents, to request modifications to proposals in accordance with such negotiations, to request supplemental or clarifying information from respondents, or to cancel, amend or modify the RFP in any manner, in part or in its entirety, at any time.
