Design and Construction Services Required for Project No. 2023-293: Baker Hall Replacement and Demolition for, Everett Community College, Everett, WA.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting (via Teams) scheduled for December 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES Bonfire Hub for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

If a firm does not have access to the internet, a copy of the information will be mailed after contacting Ryan Grimes at ryan.grimes@des.wa.gov or 360.819.6937.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Bonfire) prior to 2:00 PM PT on January 14, 2025.
