REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for “Traditional” Design-Build Services for Washington Military Department, Joint Forces Headquarters at Camp Murray in Tacoma, Washington.
The proposed project will design and construct the Joint Force Headquarters at Camp Murray in Tacoma, Washington.
The Maximum allowable design and construction cost for the project is $46,833,000.
Informational Meeting: A virtual (via Teams) pre-submission meeting will be held at 2:00 PM PT on Thursday March 27, 2025. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be electronically submitted to Bonfire prior to 2:00 PM PT on Thursday April 10, 2025.
Prevailing Wages apply for Pierce County, and apprenticeship participation is required on this project.
