REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for Progressive Design-Build Services for the Pierce College, Fort Steilacoom Campus, Utility Infrastructure Replacement, in Lakewood, Washington.
The proposed project will design and construct the Utility Infrastructure Replacement at the Pierce College Fort Steilacoom Campus.
The Maximum allowable design and construction cost for the project is $2,700,000.
Informational Meeting: A virtual (via Teams) pre-submission meeting will be held at 10:30 AM PT on Tuesday January 21, 2025. Please see the RFQ for additional information.
