Request for Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering Services Required for Project No. 2025-788: MIL - JBLM 3106 AASF HVAC System Replacement for, the Washington Military Department, located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Pierce County, Washington.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting (via Teams) scheduled for Wednesday August 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES Euna Procurement project portal for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Euna Procurement) prior to 2:00 PM PT on August 22, 2025.
