Request for Qualifications

Pre-Design Services Required for Project No. 2026-168: King County Area Readiness Pre-Design Study for, the Washington Military Department, North Bend, Washington.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting (via Teams) scheduled for Thursday September 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES Euna Procurement project portal for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

If a firm does not have access to the internet, a copy of the information will be mailed after contacting Ryan Grimes at ryan.grimes@des.wa.gov or 360.819.6937.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Euna Procurement) prior to 2:00 PM PT on September 19, 2025.
