The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts by specified contract category and specified geographic region for eligible purchasers to acquire road surface and repair materials.

Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted road surface and repair materials such as asphalt emulsions, asphalt repair materials, concrete mix, concrete repair materials, sealants, adhesives, and other road repair materials.
