REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

We are requesting proposals for the following DESC Lake City project based on the current 75% Construction documents.
The DESC Lake City project will be a new 4-story multifamily apartment building intended to provide permanent supportive housing to individuals experiencing homelessness. The proposed building is estimated to be an approximately 65,968 square foot, 4-story type VA construction facility containing 120 units, an outdoor courtyard for residents and ROW improvements.

Project Information:

• Start scheduled for January 2025 and ending May 2026
• 120 Units (15 Type A and 105 Type B Units)
• 4-Story: Type V-A, Fully Sprinklered NFPA 13
• Project is subject to Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage rates and State Residential Prevailing wages as a minimum requirement. The greater wage rates of the two will apply to each trade.
