The Joint Transportation Committee (JTC) of the Washington State Legislature has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the “Design of an Infrastructure and Incentive Program for Medium and Heavy Duty Zero Emission Vehicles” today, June 16. Up to $600,000 will be available for the project.
