NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed statements of qualifications and performance will be received by Purchasing in the Administrative Services Finance office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Design, Installation, Programming, and Maintenance of

Digital Video Management Systems (DVMS)

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, November 12, 2019

At which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and the names of submitters identified. All interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Facilities Management is requesting responses from a qualified firm to provide professional service, support, and maintenance for the existing and expanding County Digital Video Management System (DVMS).
