Developing a Lead Service Line Inventory

The City of Olympia invites interested and qualified Consultants to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Developing a Lead Service Line Inventory.

Per the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR), the City is required to identify and inventory the City’s drinking water distribution system service line material. This inventory must include information on the water system side of the meter and the customers side of the meter.

The deadline for this RFP is 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST), April 3, 2023. Earlier responses are welcome. Only electronic proposals will be accepted. 

The RFP document can be viewed on the Builders Exchange website under City of Olympia – Goods and Services at www.bxwa.com on Friday, March 10, 2023. 

Please note: If you obtain the RFP or bid documents through any other process, such as by public records request, you will NOT be added to the list of proposers/bidders and therefore, you will not receive bid addenda and other information sent to those who register as proposers/bidders.
