Trades include: Demolition , temporary fencing, temporary facilities, surveying, erosion control, shoring, traffic control, scaffolding, temp elevators, earthwork & grading, asphalt paving, striping & signage, site concrete, site unit paves, wet utilities, site electrical, termite soil treatment, landscape & irrigation, structural concrete, post-tension reinforcing, masonry & stone veneer, structural & misc steel, railings, prefab stair towers, roug h carpentry, finish carpentry & mill work, FRP, waterproofing, insulation, single-ply roofing, sheet metal, sealants & caulking, doors, frames, & hardware, overhead coiling doors & shutters, storefronts & glazing, shower doors, lath & plaster, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring & carpet, paint & wall coverings, awnings, toilet & bath accessories, flagpoles, swimming pool, elevators, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, tele/data cabling, and FF & E installations.

Insurance Requirements:

General Liability $1MM each occurrence / $2MM Aggregate

Umbrella Policy of $2MM

Workers Comp

Auto Insurance

Professional Liability (for professional services or engineering)
