Digital E-Paper Real-Time Information Signs RFP - Project #2339
Intercity Transit (Transit), the public transportation provider in Thurston County, Washington, is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors interested in providing new digital e-paper real-time information signs.
Solicitation documents for this opportunity are available online through Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) located at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/. Vendors are responsible to register in WEBS and download the RFP #2339 solicitation documents in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of any future Addenda.
An optional virtual Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on December 2, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. (PT) via Microsoft Teams.
Proposals are due no later than January 6, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. (PT). Project funding may include local, state, or federal funds. The resulting Contract is subject all provisions prescribed by the funding source.
