NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Finance Department on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503 Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase of the following:

Digital Image Enhancement Services

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, May 14, 2019

At which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and the names of the submitters read aloud. Any interested people are invited to be present. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities.

The Whatcom County Auditor’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified imaging firms to create images from bound books, as further described in the RFP document.
