DISCOVERY ELEMENTARY ADDITION PROJECT

The Mukilteo School District will be accepting Proposals, including statements of qualifications, from capable General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM”) firms or teams for the development and construction of the Mukilteo School District’s Discovery Elementary Addition Project, which is located at Discovery Elementary School in Snohomish County.

The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10.

The Request for Proposals document may be obtained through www.bxwa.com Free-of charge access to document may be obtained by clicking on “Posted Projects,” “Public Works,” and “Mukilteo School District.” It is required that Bidders “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self-Registered Bidders List.” Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of Addenda and will need to periodically check on-line plan room for Addenda issued on this project. An informational pre-submittal meeting will be held 2:30pm at Discovery Elementary School, 11700 Meridian Ave, Everett WA 98208, on January 24, 2020. Meet in front of the main office.

The proposal is due at 2:00 pm, February 4, 2020, at Mukilteo School District Support Services Center, Capital Projects Office, 8925 Airport Road, Everett WA 98204.
