Discovery Classroom Addition:
The work involves a classroom addition to the existing Discovery Elementary School, an extension of the Cafeteria, and interior improvements of the existing Special Education area and existing Administration area. The addition will be approximately 10,850 square feet one story classroom addition and approximately 1,790 square foot one story addition to the Cafeteria. The interior improvements consist of approximately 6,800 square feet of selective demolition of interior partition walls, casework and bathrooms, and relocation/program swap of the existing Special Education Area and Administration Area. The project includes site improvements including hardscaping and landscaping to the existing school site, emergency vehicle access, selective utility demolition and connections to existing utilities. Alternates will address plumbing, and additional mechanical upgrades to the existing school, as well as AV upgrades to the commons.

Endeavor Classroom Addition:
Work involves a 10,850 gross square foot single level, 6-classroom addition, a 1,790 gross square foot cafeteria, and replacement of an existing receptionist desk at the existing administration area. Work also includes site improvements including hardscaping and landscaping to the existing school site, emergency vehicle access, selective utility demolition, and connections to existing utilities. Alternates will address plumbing, and additional mechanical upgrades to the existing school, as well as AV upgrades to the commons.
