CONTRACT DURATION:
- Phase 1 Substantial Completion: 6/18/21
- Phase 2 Substantial Completion: 3/10/22

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovation of approx 33,800 sqft of the existing Endeavour Intermediate School to convert the building into the new Fife School District Admin Facilities. Renovation of the existing 4,100 sqft play shed on the Endeavour Intermediate School site and a new maint warehouse. Sitework improvements. Abatement of haz matls.

PRICING REQUIREMENTS:
- Base Bid:
- Alt M-1: DDC upgrades
- Alt M-2: Boiler replacement
- Alt M-3: Cooling tower replacement
- Alt M-4: Replace heat pumps except Gym rooftop unit
- Alt M-5: Replace rooftop heat pump serving Gym
