The Washington State Department of Health is looking to enter into a single contractual agreement with a vendor for general janitorial services for our Tumwater Campus, Tumwater Warehouse, Tumwater Boat Shed as well as the Medical Logistics Center in Lacey. The Department of Health plans to enter into an initial two-year agreement and reserves the right to extend the contract period of performance for up to four (4) additional one-year terms, as funding becomes available, and as performance of services is evaluated*.

 *NOTE: Evaluation of services will be on an ongoing basis. Unsatisfactory performance may result in the termination of the agreement.
