ANNOUNCEMENT

As part of the DRS Creating an Outstanding Retirement Experience (CORE) Program, a multi-year, multi-project effort to support technology enhancements and business process redesign, the State of Washington Department of Retirement Systems is seeking information about a cloud-hosted Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solution.

BACKGROUND

Washington state pension plans are highly complex as are the processes and procedures completed by our team members. The DAP helps new and existing DRS team members be more efficient and effective in their work and learning.

The DAP solution will be part of a larger Knowledge Management strategy designed to help DRS capture, maintain, and share institutional knowledge within the agency. The first use of the DAP will be to provide DRS employees with in-system help in a mission-critical pension administration solution to be implemented by the CORE Pension Administration Modernization (PAM) project. In time, DRS may apply the Digital Adoption Platform over other software.
