Commissioning Services Required for Project No. 2020-403: WSH-New Forensic Hospital: Commissioning for, the Department of Social and Health Services, at Western State Hospital in Lakewood, WA.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting in-person scheduled for October 8, 2024, at 10:00 AM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (BOX) prior to 2:00 PM PT on October 22, 2024.
