Water Well Design Services Required for Project No. 2024-464 WSH-East Campus Well Replacement for the Department of Social and Health Services, at the Western State Hospital, in Lakewood.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting in-person scheduled for October 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Box) prior to 2:00 PM PT on October 17, 2024.
