Project Description:   Alterations to an existing building to provide individual bathrooms within 50 existing bedrooms, on both the first and second floors of the building. The existing facility is a transitional housing program. The facility will remain in operation during the work, which will be accomplished by temporarily relocating residents to an adjacent building. Existing improvements within portions of the building are to be demolished per plans. New interior improvements include metal stud partitions, gypsum board walls and ceilings, resilient flooring, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical work, and modifications to the existing HVAC system.
