Project Description: This Contract work includes demolition of existing facilities, grading, drainage, concrete roadway construction, retaining walls, new curbs, gutters and sidewalks, roadway illumination, signage, roadside planter and landscaping areas, irrigation, and all other associated construction activities for the construction of the roundabout and transit curb space areas.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): building demolition, clearing & grubbing, erosion control, HMA paving, planing, structural concrete, flatwork concrete, striping, landscaping, hauling, signage, soldier pile wall installation, gravity block wall installation, electrical, traffic control, railing, survey, fence installation. As well as the supply of precast concrete structures, pipe/utilities, aggregate, disposal, and ready mix concrete.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
