NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

East Smith Road Pavement Rehabilitation – Hannegan Road to Mount Baker Highway, CRP NOs. 916006 & 918018

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday June 2, 2020

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for the East Smith Road Pavement Rehabilitation – Hannegan Road to Mt. Baker Highway, CRP NOs. 916006 & 918018 project. This project provides a structural overlay pavement rehabilitation on East Smith Road from Hannegan Road to SR-542. This project will include a fish passage culvert replacement between Sand Road and SR-542 and intersection improvements at Everson/Goshen Road and E. Smith Road, and other work, as further described in the bid documents.
