The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has selected a remedy in IROD and have executed an ASAOC with the PORT, City of Seattle, and King County to conduct remedial design based on the IROD remedy. The work will be conducted with oversight by the EPA to address and clean up contaminated sediments within the 157-acre East Waterway Operable Unit (OU) of the Harbor Island Superfund Site.
