Phase 2 is a renovation and moderization of the Science Building (Areas A, D, and E as indicated in the drawings). Phase 2 is approzimately 72,200 gross square feet and consists of site work, abatement, demolition, infrastructure replacement and upgrades, exterior upgrades, and interior improvements.

- Project has a mandatory 15% apprenticeship labor hours requirement
