Project Description: Work under this contract will include, but not be limited to chain link gate installation, chain link fence repairs, barrier netting replacement, and new barrier netting installation. Contract drawings are linked below:

The selected bidder will be required to enter into a Small Works contract (see the sample contract attached). Contract requirements, include but are not limited to, the following:

2. Warranties/Guaranty

3. Insurance Requirements

4. Indemnification/Hold Harmless

5. Contractors State Contractor License & UBI number

6. Contractors Employment Security Dept # & Industrial Insurance

7. Contractors State Excise Tax Registration #

8. Copy of Contractor’s City business license.

9. Required Prevailing Wage/PW Requirement Training

10. No State or Federal Debarment.

Estimated Construction Cost: $8,000.00

Site Walk Through: The City will host an optional site walk through at 10:30am on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the project site at 400 228th Ave NE, Sammamish, WA 98074.

Project Timeline: This project shall be completed in the month of December of 2023.

Quote Due Date and Opening: Quotes are due by 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 and will be opened after 2:00pm. Quotes will be accepted by email only.
