Request for Proposals (RFP) #2123-771: Electronic Medical Records System

The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has recently issued a solicitation. You have been identified as a vendor with OMWBE status, Veteran status, and/or as a Washington Small Business (within WEBS Commodity Codes #920-07, 208-60 and/or 952-43), or you are someone who reaches out to vendors with this status. Therefore, DSHS wants to ensure that you are made aware of this bidding opportunity.

Telephone requests are not acceptable and the solicitation is not available by fax. Do not send requests, or questions, regarding this RFP to any other DSHS staff.
