Electronic Monitoring for Community Transition Services and Functional Family Parole

The purpose of this RFQQ is to purchase and provide all labor and materials necessary to provide state of the art electronic monitoring technology for DCYF/JR young people participating in Community Transition Services (CTS) and Functional Family Parole (FFP). CTS is a legislatively mandated program that is JR’s least restrictive option for eligible young people to complete their residential obligation in the community while on electronic monitoring for up to the last 18 months of their sentence. FFP is a parole aftercare model that provides therapeutic supports, supervision conditions, and community navigation for JR young people who qualify for this service.
