Sealed bids will be received at 3:30 PM, Wednesday October 29, 2025 by Elma School District No. 68 for the following project:  Middle School Gym Roof Replacement​, Elma School District No. 68, Elma, Washington.  Location of Bid Delivery:  Elma School District Office 1235 Monte Elma Road Elma, WA 98541.

Bids must be delivered to the location listed above in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope must be marked with the project name- Middle School Gym Roof Replacement, the name of the contractor, and the date, written legibly.

Bids received at the above date, time and location will be opened publicly and read aloud at 3:45 PM, Wednesday October 29, 2025 at the following location:  Elma School District- Transportation Building 1221 Monte Elma Road Elma, WA 98541

Project Description:  Re-roof the existing Middle School Gym with both TPO and asphalt shingles.

Bidding Documents for the Work are those prepared by the Architect:  Harbor Architects LLC, 345 W Wishkah, Aberdeen  WA  98520, (360) 532-0980.

Bidding Documents are available online at http://www.harborarchitects.com/25-07.

Bona fide Bidders may purchase copies of the Drawing Set only, from the office of the Architect upon submitting a check, payable to Harbor Architects LLC in the amount of $4.00 per sheet.  Project Manuals are available by download only.

Bidding Documents will be available for examination during the bidding period at the following locations:  Office of the Architect, Office of the Owner, Associated Subcontractors – Tacoma, Builder’s Exchange of Washington – Everett, Dodge Data and Analytics – Tacoma, Plan Center Northwest – Milwaukie OR.

Addenda may be issued for the purpose of clarification and/or revision of the Project Manual and/or Drawings.  Addenda will be sent to known bidders and will become part of the Contract Documents.  Any costs resulting from Addenda should be included in the Bid Sum.
