The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award multiple Contracts for eligible purchasers to purchase specified emergency response services from qualified, professional emergency response firms, to respond, on an emergency basis, to a hazardous materials release (e.g., oil and other pollutants) or threatened release. The categories on this contract include responding to release of hazardous material on land and in/under the water, including containment and cleanup of such release or threatened release consistent with applicable law.
