Notice to Engineering Consultants

Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ)

The Marshall Community Water Association is requesting Statements of Qualifications and performance information from qualified firms interested in providing professional engineering consulting services for the 2019-2021 calendar years in conjunction with association sponsored projects with the potential for funding in part through the Spokane County Community Development Block Grant Program with Federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Other sources of funding may include Drinking Water State Revolving Funds, Department of Ecology, Public Works Trust Funds, USDA Rural Development, Environmental Protection Agency and State and Federal appropriations.

Required design and planning services may include but are not limited to water systems, flooding, surveying, project management, and funding procurement.  Refer questions to Bree Monroe at (509) 714-7469.

Firms desiring consideration shall submit two copies of a complete qualification package, limited to 30 pages, for evaluating the firm’s qualifications to:  Marshall Community Water Association, PO Box 264, Marshall, WA  99020.  Qualification packages must arrive no later than 5:00 PM on April 26, 2019.
