BID OPENING: February 1, 2023 TIME: 11:00 a.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the Enumclaw Municipal Building (City Hall) Masonry Restoration Project will be received at the City of Enumclaw at 1309 Myrtle Avenue, Enumclaw, Washington 98022 until 11:00 a.m. on February 1, 2023. Bids will be opened, read, and tabulated immediately following. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid.
The scope of improvements includes the cleaning, repair and restoration of the exterior building envelope walls, windows and doors beyond what was completed in Phase I. The project includes replacement of an existing pyramid skylight, one new scupper, along with replacing existing second floor exterior T1-11 finishes with fiber cement board panels & trim. Additionally, repairs and refinishing of wood windows, hollow metal doors, and masonry & precast stone tuckpointing at the City Hall building located at 1339 Griffin Avenue in Enumclaw, Washington.

Bidders must “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda. No response will be made to questions unless they are submitted in writing.
